Description
The Analogis HS-13 Low Mass headshell is designed for cartridges with the standard 1/2-inch mounting and for use with turntables from most manufacturers equipped with J-shaped or S-shaped tonearms using an SME bayonet mount with locking collar.
Manufactured from aluminium, this headshell is optimized for low effective mass, with a weight of only 6.4 g. This makes it particularly suitable for lightweight tonearm and cartridge combinations where precise tracking and reduced inertia are required. Slotted mounting holes allow accurate overhang adjustment during cartridge installation, supporting correct alignment and stable playback performance.
High-quality, colour-coded connection leads with silver-plated contacts ensure clean and low-loss signal transmission. A rubber washer is included to secure a firm and stable connection between the headshell and the tonearm, helping to minimise unwanted vibration at the interface.
The HS-13 is an excellent choice for both replacement and upgrade applications in hi-fi and vintage turntable systems requiring an SME-type headshell with reduced mass.
